Bought a water heater through the webshop, came defective and without warranty. Nobody reacts to the complaint by e-mail or phone, so I sent the product back to them on my own initiative, but at my own expense, but a month has passed and I have not yet received the money for the product or for delivery. Shameful attitude towards the customer and warning others not to buy through their webshop.

Incredibly, we bought goods in Sesvete, while we got to the warehouse everything was just neatly stacked and the guys loaded us into the warehouse. Every part of the team in Stupnik and Feroterm !!!
