Very patiently calm and professional staff

Incredibly not kind and rude on the phone. Especially now at a time of this viral crisis, when everyone should help and especially health professionals and pharmacists. When asked if you may have alcohol, we should not come to the pharmacy and reduce your risk of infection, where she tells us not to and hang up. We couldn’t even ask for other things. Never there again.
