Extremely rude member of staff. He behaved like in the communist times We were at the bus station trying to buy tickets to Plitvice lakes. The guy in the ticket office was speaking very good english. He was rude and arrogant right from the beginning, did not wanted to give information about the bus times , when he spoke to me he was very slow to answer the question and was only giving partial information. There is type of microfon in the ticket office, he kept switching of the microfon so I could not ask him anything. I asked if he has pen so I can make a note of bus time and he said shrugged shoulders arrogantly and said that I have to memorize it. The bus station does arrivsl/departure board and also no website to check it. Once I bought the tickets I asked from what platform is the bus leaving and he said he does not know and that I have to go to 'information desk'. After I went to the information desk the lady there showed me that the platform number is written on the ticket. He obviously knew that the platform number is written on the tickets but just did not wanted to tell this to me. I am appalled by his rude behaviour, extremely rude and unpleasant. Do not go to the tickets office unless you really have to, because they will be rude to you and will make your holiday experience unnrcessrilly unpleasant. The entire bus station is disaster, the toilet is chargeable and even if I have put coins in I could not get through. The bus station is filthy and messy, disgusting shops, it is completely disorganized. Like in communist era.

If it would be possible to give 0 stars, I would have done this. No service, no information! There are buses departing at 5:45 am, but information desk isn't open at this time and there is no screen where you can check the departure of your bus. The most disappointing fact: There was a person sitting at the information desk but she didn't help because her working time didn't start. So if you are not that familiar with that place, you have to guess where your bus starts and probably in most cases you don't have a chance to catch your bus on time. Very bad job! It would be better to call it non-information desk!

Very nice City

Finding the right platform is a hassle but as it turns out there is a collection of tv screens in a blue box near the ticket office on the upper floor. Good luck finding it!

Very dangerous!! There were teenager gangs wrapping us 2 times in 3 days!! And the police don’t speak English nor don’t help at all. Be very careful.
