Very old, dated, poor service and quality.

We have stayed at the Hotel Zagreb six times and it is LOVELY! No frills, but a superb breakfast, a clean room, friendly people, and a short walk from beautiful Zagreb city centre. What more can you wish for!?!

The location is really good. Unfortunately it doesn't look that good from outside. It was clean and the employees friendly. Good for a one or two nights stay.

Positive - nice and helpful staff. Wifi is good, free parking for guests, good breakfast, good value. Negative - hotel is old, rooms need to be updated also.
