1. Payment: lots os misinformations: by the reservation we would have paid 181E at the place. As we only could pay with card, first the owner told as that at that time of the day it is not permitted by law. Lather we got to know from other croatians that it was a lie, there is no law about it. Next day, when I finally find the receptionist, she told me that they would charge +5% if we insisted in paying with card (that means +10 euros for nothing). I asked her to show me the info about that on their page or at booking, but she couldn't. Se called her boss, they talked in Croatian, than, she told me that we couldn't pay this extracharge. She only showed me the amount in kuna, I checked it, of course, and it was 194 euros! Of course, I insisted in calling again her boss. He was very unkinde and agressive with me, and told me booking didn't permit to put this info. Another lie. Than, I told him I would pay, but I would make a complain at booking, he answered me that he didn't care about it. Of course I made it. I asked for a reciepe, the receptionist told me she couldn't only by e-mail. Till now (3 days lather) we are waiting for it. 2. Dirty and musty bath. In 4 days nobody came to make a simple cleaning, we couldn't find anybody to ask for toilet paper. 3. Kitchen: very poorly equipped: no teapot, no coffee machine, no microwave, no hot wather to clean dirty dishes(!), no dish towel. 4. No functioning reading lamps. 5. AND WE FOUND A LIFE THREATENING ELECTRIC CABLE IN THE ROOM: we tried to check the probelm of the reading lamp in one room, and we realized that the 2 lamps were interconnected with 1 white cable, and this cable was scraped in the middle, and an other black cable was connected with a adhesive to the very dangerous, metal part of the white one (photo). We just tried if it was really what we saw, we connected the plug into a broken receptacle, in 5 secs we felt the smell of wire burning. We reported it to booking but pls, DON'T GO TO THIS HORRILBE PLACE!

Great hotel with a lovely staff. From the outside it looks quite interesting, however, the rooms are superb.
