Great hosts, apartments are very clean and near everything you need, bakery,market,pharmacy. And beach is just down the street. 👍

Hello. Mr. Jakub is exaggerating. We are currently on vacation at the lovely housekeeper Mariya, and nothing like that happened. Mr. Jakub probably mistook this place with the Hilton hotel in Warsaw, if he does not shop in Biedronka, why not choose a 6 star hotel somewhere in Dubrovnik or Split .... the smell of grilling, to which the owner gives a free Olive tree smells wonderful. It was never loud in the evenings. You also need to understand that everyone spends their holidays in their own way. If 99% of people here are not complaining, then you have to think a bit about yourself ... The owner is a good housewife, she always has time to talk and always helps. We even received a bottle of wine for free. The rooms do not do anything. There is a reason why we are here again.

Mr. Jakub probably has quite a lot of frustration in himself, just read his other "opinions". I was staying with Marija and I really don't know what to accuse her of as a hostess. Always clean, always helpful, always great and I am happy to come back here :) I don't really know how to judge a host based on the behavior of other guests (if such a situation occurred at all). What does it matter if the air conditioning is additionally paid or included in the price? Ultimately, one and the same will come out, and if it is additionally payable, you can not use it and not pay for something unnecessary - probably also in favor of Mr. Jakub?

I cannot agree with Mr. Jakub's opinion at all :( I have been to Villa Marija several times and I have never ever felt as happy as in this place. Maria cares about her guests, you can ask for anything, I have a daughter in a wheelchair, for whom a wooden ramp has been specially built so that she can function safely The owner of the property cannot be responsible for roommates, each tenant is a guest of the owner, but please do not forget that everyone experiences their holidays differently :) and has the right to do so :) I wish everyone a happy holiday with Maria because she is an Angel, a woman, and the nature surrounding the villas is only conducive to a better stay :) We miss Maria, but we'll come next year
