Excellent service and air conditioning sales! I called them by phone, they answered immediately and answered all the questions, later I contacted them by email and asked for some offers and tips, the answers are within 10min! They have great prices, especially when the shares and the price of installation are the same within the limits as with others. The masters came at the agreed time, were quick professional and neat. They answered all the questions and gave all the necessary advice. I recommend!

In a short 4 years I have been trying to solve the problem with the climate, 3 different authorized services have failed to do absolutely anything !!! They replaced everything except the case !!! I called the guys from Tkalec-ing d.o.o. And a pleasant surprise 😲 The first service where someone listens to you as a human being. The first service where we went through my problem over the phone and absolutely the first service where the master finally came (for the first time in my life who is normal, polite and professional) fixed the fault after 15 minutes thanks to normal mutual communication and their professionalism !! ! 😊 Guys are obvious proof that it is important not only to be a master but also to know how to listen to the party what it says. From today onwards the only service I call! Hat to the floor, every part !! Just keep it up 💪 Recommendation to everyone !!!
