A very bad manager, who doesn't do what he should, and gets involved where he shouldn't. It is often patched and repaired with the same contractors, without having a long-term effect. When I asked them if they had ever passed by and inspected the building, determined what the shortcomings were, they said it was not their job! You are mistaken! It is very much your job! Not to mention that in the contract from 97, when they got all the buildings in Velika Gorica as a forced manager, the manager's fee is 17.5% of the amount of the reserve! So if we want to avoid loans and increase the reserve to raise money, why should we pay a racket to that manager? Now there are managers who offer much more than the existing one, who performs this professional work, for a fixed fee of 20 to 25 cents per square meter! FIXED! And these don’t want to hear even a fixed fee! Keeping books is embarrassing, while with other managers you have access to information related to the building online, so at any time, updated on a daily basis at GsgVG there is no such thing, you have to look for requests and answers if you get you get months behind! Co-owners have the right to designate contractors, ask anyone by the buildings they were renovating who designated the contractors! Don’t be fooled by these renovations, people have tied up the buildings for the next longer period, under those same conditions! When we brought them a signed list of co-owners for their removal, because we decided on a better manager, they instead of accepting the decision started sending letters to older people that they should sign statements under material and criminal liability within 3 days! And when they sign, then they compare the manuscripts, so without an authorized expert, graphologist, they compare some signatures and in their opinion take the right to dispute some! After all, they wrote that in the future they would insist on identification, ie on photocopies of personal ones so that they could compare signatures, again in their judgment! When I asked them according to which law, we as co-owners can and should go to copy personal data and submit it to them, they did not know how to answer! They allow themselves too much, and not informed people fall for it! Don't afford it!
