Filthy, run down old hospital. No soap, no antibacterial, blood on the sheets, doctors and nurses smoking indoors. Surgeon insisted my girlfriend needed surgery and said if we didn't agree she couldn't stay overnight for observation, fluids, painkillers etc ie either do surgery now or get out. We left. Flew home to London. NHS doctors said surgery unnecessary. Evil to try to force her to have unnecessary surgery just to make money.
