Great conditions, beautiful town, SUPER owners

The second stay and the accommodation remains at a high level. The first time we were in apartment No. 6 in 2018 on the top floor with a sea view, now in 2019 No. 2 on the ground floor overlooking the garden. With children, plus one that they jump from the garden over the railing to the apartment. The hostess takes care of the cleanliness of the entire surroundings. There is a nice lawn, driveway. Children also have somewhere to play (although there is no infrastructure especially for them - but a team to play will gather for 6 apartments). Covered parking space for cars. Clean towels every few days. Literally 1-2 minutes to the main beach. Right next to the house begins the main promenade along the sea with numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes ... for evening walks 2 km in one direction (all the way to the port and a bit further). In the morning there is a bakery and vegetable stall and a smaller Studenac grocery store located some 300-400 meters from the building towards the center. Konzum is about 700-900 meters on the other side with a gas station nearby. The building was probably built around 2017, so everything is still very new. No fungus in the bathrooms, everything is working. You can see that the owners care. Apartments well cleaned. Air conditioning in every apartment. A kitchen with all the basic equipment, although an electric stove could give a higher temperature (heating the fat for fries or pancakes, to a high temperature, takes a while). A welcome wine and this is not the end of surprises from the owners :) Overall, the accommodation is recommendable.
