Long time since i have had such an amazing experience with the sales personel. Great job.

Obviously the store is new and beautiful. However....there has no good flow due to the lack of space in corridors. You can not walk and have to wait for other costumers to move so you can pass. Also, the ladies have great jobs, they are supposed to be happy and helpful, but some of the girls going around are dismissive and not friendly.

I'm regular customer and clothes is amazing 👌 but security guard stopped my 11-year old daughter (when she was alone) and examined her little backpack although she did nothing suspicios and alarm didn't ring 😵😵😵😵😣😣😣 (she told me too late to complain him)

Store is very clean and organized, cashiers are very kind, but security is kinda overprotective if you’re not an adult.

Big Zara offering, they are even expanding to a bigger space. As for staff they are more friendly than in Zagreb branches.
