Villa Arsia

We, a family with two young kids, enjoyed our stay in June 2020 so much that we booked the villa for 2021 again. The location is exactly like the pictures. All rooms were very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and the pool, garden and barbecue area are a great place to pass the day. The location has a great view and you are completely on your own - nobody can view into the garden and house. In Labin you find many grocery stores and super markets for daily grocery shopping. For the beach, we can recommend Rabac, which is a 20 min drive where you also find a promenade to walk along. Petra and Domagoj are a great host, very responsive and we received a welcome present at our arrival.

Villa Arsia is located in a small village Sv. Bartul, Istria, Croatia, and is surrounded only by beautiful forrest, peace and quiet and many many little birds which I found so relaxing. It's the perfect place for a "lonely" holiday in this crazy situation the world is in. There were no other people around us, no jam, no traffic, perfect! We enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with the owners who are lovely and polite. Definitely coming back again :)

What a fantastic villa. Spacious, immaculately clean rooms, en-suites to all bathrooms, excellent linens, great kitchen; in fact, everything perfect. Quality, quality, quality throughout. Great outdoor area with ample space and plenty of sun loungers around the beautiful pool. Not forgetting a very friendly, helpful owner. You will not be disappointed.

I would give Villa Arsia more than 5* if it would be possible! This house is amazing! 4 bedrooms (all with air condition, all with a bathroom), a huge livingroom with dining table, TV (it even has a Playstation!), super modern kitchen with all the stuff you need to cook, the pool area has sunbeds and a lounge furniture and there is a barbecue grill area behind the house (with dining table and fridge). Everything was superclean! We were 7 adults and 3 babies and our stay was beyond perfect! distance to next supermarket: 5-8 driving minutes distance to next beach: 20 driving minutes distance to several restaurants: 15-20 driving minutes We will definately come again!

The villa corresponds to 100% of the photos! The landlord is super nice, flexible and always available and also happy to tips regarding eating / swimming / excursions. The villa was extremely clean and it really was a wonderful vacation. Hopefully we'll be back soon.
