One star is exclusively for the reason, because I had an accident to "encounter" a worker (Gordana) who is incompetent and without a basic bonton. Unfortunately, if it goes for the first time, it is difficult and it's too close to the subject, because it is in front of the front door. The words "Please", "Thank you", "Good afternoon", "Please" do not exist in the respective Miss. For travel insurance I waited for almost 1 h until another employee jumped up and solved the problem (with the stalks of the "If you make a mistake, I will not pay it"). As far as other employees are concerned, I only have the words of praise, and that I have not had the accident to encounter the concerned one, I would certainly grade with five stars.

What else can be desired 😂🤪
