TUNAHOLIC fish bar

On my vacation I bumped into this jewel in the heart of Poreč old town. Their fishburgers are top notch. Great service in a fantastic atmosphere. However they have a very poor beer selection. I would have love paring their great food with a good local craft IPA or blond ale. If they improve this it's definitely 6 stars!

Preamble: there’s only one waiter, the place is about 6 square meters wide and kitchen, cash desk and a sort of eating area are in the same room. Food looks good, especially the ‘Tunaholic burger’, and that’s why I decided to give it a chance. 10:40 pm, I ask if they accept payment with cards. The waiter tell me ‘only cash’. 10:45 pm, I come back after withdrawal, and wait for my turn to order. The waiter looks at me several times, without saying a word, doing her stuffs with other customers before me (3 people). 11:07 pm, finally my turn. The waiter literally tells me ‘What you want, we are closed. The kitchen stops at 11’. In my opinion, incompetent and rude. That’s not a fair way to deal with guests. Almost 30 minutes wait because a waiter was not even able to say ‘sorry, but we are closing at 11’

The best street food so faar in Croatia. Amazing tuna burger, top notch prawn fish and chips. Great service, taste fantastic, cool guy explaining source of fresh fish. No bank card accepted, but working on it. We will return. Thanks.

GO EAT FISH HERE! This was the best fish & seafood we had in Istria. Please visit this bar for some food. The people are so friendly and the food is just awesome!

Brilliant concept, crunchy double fried fries, burger buns are grilled, veggies are fresh and the spices are wild. Big beautiful burger surprise.
