Ordered a mixed pizza with cream on pizza, I got a pizza without mushrooms and without cream, and yet tasteless. For the first and last time!

Two pizzas ordered. One with arugula, mushrooms and cream, and the other ham, cheese and mushrooms. A black eyelash was first found in the first pizza. Thinking it might be from me, I ignored it. Then, in the second piece of the same pizza, from which I removed the arugula, a larger black hair was found already baked with cheese. A restaurant was contacted who refused to cooperate. After contacting Pauza.hr customer support who were very kind and apologized, the deliveryman was sent back for pizza and the money was returned.
