This is in Europa wide a N1. example of unprofessional approach and negligence of the client. If you call the receptionist to make an appointment for the service you be advised to call back in couple of hours since the service guy is occupied. Nobody takes your number to call you back... if you bring your car you wait in a line standing for half an hour ( and this is no Covid measure its a normal procedure) and nobody offers you a place to sit or at least glass of water. The receptionist meanwhile is chatting. There are constantly colleagues or clients cutting the line. After an hour you got your appointment or your question answered.And don't dearer ask for free cleaning. I did twice and they never did it !!! Well yes,this is a BMW car owner treatment. You better get yourself a some cheaper car so you can lower your standards and so get closer to local working moral.

If you need a regular maintenace work on your motorcycle be sure to call every day at least for two weeks 10 times a day. Then someone might pick up. I would like to get an appointment for a regular service if possible on June 20th 2025 since you are probably not capable or willing to do it before. Thank you.

Even one star is to much for this kind of bad service. I had to wait for four weeks to get an appointment. Awful service, people there are very unfriendly and to them it doesn't mater if they can help or not. They took my car for a week in and can't or are not able to offer a replacement car. The only thing I got is a list with cars and a number from a private rent a car company, which is so expensive that renting a car would cost more than the double, then the services for repairing my car. It is a shame that the biggest BMW car dealer in Croatia works like this and is not able to offer a replacement car, but smaller car dealers can. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
