A very unprofessional way of doing business, no agreement: no appointment on Thursday and not only no arrival, no call (cell phone switched off all afternoon) to say no arrival. Tonight I call and the owner says: "OK. tomorrow we come at 11 to see the problem. " The woman is waiting again at the agreed time and there is no one. It means two days of waiting, no one is coming, the cell phone is switched off the first day, the second day, even the call that it cannot come.
