Unprofessional behavior of salespeople. I had a query about polishing the ring, and got the answer that they have a lot of work to do right now and that they don't take repairs. They did not offer a single term when this could be polished, or any other option, a bold refusal with a laugh. After buying our wedding rings and many other things, it's a thank you. The products are of good quality, but the service is unacceptable. The employer should consider a professional behavior course for his employees.
