The horrible and ruthless behavior of an elderly lady who refuses to sell me the cream as if I were looking for something I did not know how to sell me behaved like I asked her after arguing with her with her eyes and went for something that was not what I asked for to me sold to get rid of me.
The behavior is provoked by the fact that I came after her working hours, that is, after ten o'clock, and that same gentleman does not know that I spent all the time that day at work and that I could not go to my doctor even before the pharmacy.
