Best travel agency on Adriatic!

I booked excellent apartment via this agency on Hvar last summer for my family (two adults and two small children). I wasn't sure where to book the apartment since we didn't know the island and the area and had some special demands (didn't want to stay in crowded place, close to beach suitable for small children) so we asked advices. They were really polite, responded on all our e-mails within 1/5 hour, explained everything and recommended us excellent apartment for really fair price. We are very satisfied and will definitely book another place with them again next year.

Found a nice apartmet in Hvar island trough this agency. Fast and easy, real person answering the mail. Menage to pay by Paypal wich is not usual for travell agencies. Recommended.

Hello I do not recommend, the office proposes to change the date due to the pandemic and then fails to meet the proposed dates I post e-mail correspondence, I quote messages from the office: As you know, the travel situation is currently uncertain, which is why we offer all our guests the option of rebooking for later this year (e.g. in September after 09/15 when prices are the same), and even for the next year at similar dates and price ranges. Due to the pandemic, at the request of this company, I postponed my stay to September from 13 to 26. I gave my consent on the condition that I would be able to come. The company offered me to change the date, first of all, to June 2021 or September 2020. At the moment, it is not possible to leave due to the recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and canceled flights. I sent many e-mails to the Vacance travel office with a request to change the date to the previously proposed June 2021 or a refund, unfortunately contact is very difficult. Most messages go unanswered. The office does not agree to change the date, arguing it with the lack of a contract for the next year, despite the fact that it previously offered me this date and refused to refund my money. The situation is difficult for all of us, but the trip at this point is very risky because it is not possible to travel. I am aware that the travel agency suffers losses, hence my proposal to change the date, which was not accepted and the money was not returned to me. So it is a SCAM.

I do not recommend it, I have not canceled my reservation, despite the fact that Vacance travel agency rented and paid for by me offers the apartment for rent to others.
