Really great travel agency. They have wonderful travels and wonderful guides. Professionalism in all fields. We use their services already on a lot of trips and we don't know which is better than which !? We have recommended them to a lot of our acquaintances and they are even thrilled and I think that is the best way to advertise. In fact, they advertise themselves with their extremely beautiful relationships through various little things in relation to the user! TOO GOOD AGENCY !!!!!!!!!

Low rating solely because of a companion on a day trip. Most of the information she spoke about was incomplete and inaccurate. Not a single break in the road started at the time it was told. She provided vague and often contradictory information. When we were supposed to meet back, one person did not arrive at the agreed time. The 47 route manager let us wait outside in the cold for about an hour and a half instead of calling the bus for us to board and wait for that one person who didn't come. If it wasn't for the couple in the group who eventually solved the problem, we would still be standing there and freezing. Someone should have told her to call the person on her cellphone and see where she was because she didn't remember it herself. One person in the group made the call because the manager failed to even dial the number properly. I'm happy it was a day trip; I don't even want to imagine what it would be like to have taken a more serious journey of a much longer duration. Dear Sirs, I am adding some information regarding your response to my review. It is not true that the manager went with a few other passengers per person who did not arrive at the meeting place, but two passengers left alone for the person concerned. I note that neither they nor the presenter knew what the person looked like, but they still managed to find and bring him. Prior to their departure, the presenter went after the passenger alone and returned as well. I do not know the reasons why the presenter did not get the person on her cell phone because one member of the group received the same from the first one after the presenter returned alone and said that she called the person three times and did not answer. Also, the rest of the group with the presenter was at the point where we were supposed to board the bus, not at the point where the whole group was supposed to meet. The reason why the manager did not immediately call the missing person is unknown to me. I did not even suggest or consider how you should leave the person in Vienna because she did not show up at the meeting place at the appointed time, but I think, and I am sure that everyone normal would agree with me, that 47 people did not have to freeze for one person. The wait was not an hour but an hour and a half. What would happen if it was even colder or if it was snowing? In that case, you would have a whole bus of passengers who would end up in the hospital. I know that the bus cannot be stopped at the point of embarkation, but it could board passengers and go to a location where it can stay (some parking or something like that), or where it waited for the manager to call. This situation could and should have been dealt with much better especially because you say that the manager has a lot of experience. After all, the situation was resolved by the passengers, not the manager.

An excellent, two-day Milan-Verona trip, from the escort to the albeit long but enjoyable Darojković bus ride, the hotel very nice and cleanliness superb.
