Well, I couldn't understand that while a dozen or more clients, waiting to buy medicine, were working as a pharmacist. The other was lying, working in the back room. When I started with that remark that pharmacies are there to be a customer service, the attendee tried to interrupt me, she said she does not allow such a remark, then she said: If it doesn’t suit you, you have another pharmacy. Watch out, now there are a dozen people waiting outside, in the wind. Watch out further, this is not the first time they have behaved like that in that pharmacy, one works with clients, the other “has work to do”.
