Fantastic, memorable, informative, flexible! My friends from Split recommended that we took a private tour with Jelena. Although I have previously been in Split, during the tour with Jelena I was thrilled to discover and experience a completely new side to this interesting town.Especially with so much history and diversity packed within the old historic center. Jelena is a wealth of knowledge. And the way she presents history? Makes it super easy to follow :) Now I have a clear understanding of what makes Split what it is today, after centuries of different cultures mixing and leaving their mark on the town and the wider area. I’m thankful that Jelena shared examples of everyday living in Split in the modern day. It was fascinating and funny to hear how some locals have quite a different take on “daily life” compared to a foreigner visiting. Definitely a highlight for me, were her recommendations for local vendors where to grab a bite ;) Not to forget, Jelena is one of the most charming tour guides I’ve met, and she made it so easy to connect ...She is super attentive! Too bad that we didnt have more time, to go and explore the area at large with her. She had some very alluring suggestion,..next time.

We had such a wonderful time during our tour with Jelena, we started out as a tour and by the end of the tour we were exchanging numbers as if we were friends for a while! Highly recommend Jelena for all your private tour needs. She is very knowledgeable on the history, culture and the City if Split. She was also our personal photographer during our tour :)

Jelena Is Amazing I toured Diocletian Palace three times. Once with another guide who was solid. Second time Hotel Judita booked Jelena. She was amazing. The very intelligent tour kept my son and I engaged throughout. Perfect mix of historical detail and fun, contemporary thoughts about Split. When I returned with friends a few weeks later, did the tour again with Jelena. My friends and I loved it!

Jelena went way beyond anything we were expecting to make sure our trip to Slovenia and Croatia went smoothly, no small feat with the border rules constantly changing. Everyone she connected us with was fantastic- all locals, all experts who love where they live, all kind and unpretentious. Jelena herself was so warm and fun, it was like spending time with a good friend. Highly recommend her tourism service, whether for a short tour or for an extensive itinerary plan. She is so wonderful!

Hands down the best your I've ever taken. We usually do tours with the company so we've tried a whole lot and this was far out of any league. First and foremost you can really tell she genuinely cares about this city and its history. Very personal and a lot of interesting facts. She really goes that extra mile to make it the most she possibly can. 5/5 would do again and would definitely recommend!
