Really good customer service, helpful. English is sometimes so la la, so better take a local with you. What is insane and seems to be a communism relict is the way to pay. You have to go to a counter at the area where the articles are you want to buy. There you get a bill which you have to pay at another counter. So if you need different material you have to collect all the bills, pay them and then go back and take your stuff.
The lady at the counter where they sell screws was not polite and did not want to talk to us. I asked her a few questions and you can tell she did not want to be bothered. And we just wanted to buy some screws. I said they are very rude and that im going to Pevec. At least there is people there that want to help you and are polite
