We feel the urgency to let everyone know that Vip Holiday Booker totally ripped us off. we tried to reach out to him and he was unwilling to refund our vacation even after we expressed that parts our group medicinal condition does not allow it. taking money for a service never received (nor feasible to be received) is nothing but stealing good people's money. Be aware!
