Im unhappy after this service. Mercury Verado 250hp: three thinks where ordered, after one month only one was done - simple engine maintenace! Thay could not repair Active Trim (one month old). Extremly bad: after service confirmation I go with boat especially to Murter from highway to install connection cable engine-plotter. On place thay discover that something is still missing and could not be installed. 106km and over 2hrs for nothing... Not proffesional!

We were charged for regular service for an engine that had a malfunction (which is not repairable because it is not cost effective). Such a malfunction no honest master would fix, but would advise buying a new engine. Give 10,000 kn and your engine dies the same day, somewhere at sea. Mercury service in Zadar has real masters who quickly established that the correction is not worth it, and this should probably be seen by anyone who understands engines. Honesty pays off. I believe you will improve one day.

My damage to the propeller was repaired very quickly - the bent propeller was straightened on site again with a hydraulic press. The communication could even be in German. Thanks for the quick help!
