So the gentleman who answered refused to take the order because she wanted it so I politely asked her what information she needed besides the name and surname, she replied that I should come to the address and hung up.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I just don't believe that after 2 weeks, which I explained and asked nicely, that it would be desirable for them to come and take a look and take off their wings, and to tell me when I can come, that I know how to organize myself. with a year and a half old baby, the answer was we will call you the same day, and if you can't then we will arrange an appointment plus you have to pay the arrival because the field work is paid. And here 2 weeks have passed, no one has responded, terrible from one how I heard at least "reputable companies", but again what else to expect in our country, when there is no work, everyone prays to get some work, and when there is work is not they care ... or simply replacing half a window is a waste of time.
