The saleswomen do not know the procedures for replacement, the head of the branch does not want to call the customer back, they respond to the mail within 2 weeks. Edit: I was able to replace the item within 4 days. But when I came for my jacket, the manager of the branch preached to me because I sent a mail of complaints and said that I should apologize to them and let me be afraid of God and earthquakes !!!! It is amazing that such people work in service industries. Never again in that store ....
