On the recommendation of a friend, I went to the Ida salon to inquire about custom-made furniture. I chose the material, the color, the design. After the cabinets were delivered to me and mounted in the hallway and children’s room, I subsequently ordered a bed with a crate and a shelf. I am satisfied because they brought it to me on time, everything is as we agreed. The price is fine. I support small family businesses that strive to retain their customers with the quality of their products

This is how the installation of a custom living room ended. The installation was done on several occasions because the masters incorrectly measured and made a built-in cabinet in the bathroom that did not match the dimensions. The paintings show damage to the elements, which, according to the master, are fine. Completely miscalculated the dimensions of the elements so that in the end there was a shelf of excess that has nowhere to mount. They ask for payment in advance, and they do not accept any complaint and defend themselves with the comments "Yes, that's how it should be". We do not recommend, very expensive and poor performance. I hereby invite all customers with the same and similar problems at Salon Ida to call and leave photos and reviews so that other potential customers can see what they are getting into.

In the 12th month, we ordered a custom-made living room at Salon Ida. After the assembly, which was on several occasions due to wrong measures, the quality of workmanship is very poor, as well as the cooperation with the masters. Totally unprofessional and inadvisable. Bypass in a wide arc.
