The best bank so far, and I have worked with almost all banks. Despite the crowds, covid situations immediately answer the phone, kind, extremely quick resolution of the administration and problems on the go and even at work from the home isolation of bankers. Minimum requirements, minimum paperwork, conditions. It turns out I'm advertising, but it really is. I don’t know if it’s so general HPB because I’ve only been to this branch, but an extremely good experience. Great mobile app and general online features.

Total chaos, queue to Dm, and that number device is used just like that, it doesn't matter what service you need, even the staff tells you, squeeze them as much as possible, so when it's your turn you come..and of course, after an hour waiting, and not because they called my number, but because my wife called me so that I don't know what boxes they offer, or the size ...

It says incorrectly the working hours on the Google page, on theirs it says exactly, Mon, Wed, Fri from 8 am to 2 pm, and Tue, Thu from 1 pm to 8 pm, but still check on their pages

I am not satisfied in this situation to wait a couple of hours in front of the bank 1 client for 35 minutes or more This is unacceptable
