Birc OK, but the toilet has no soap or hand paper (paper less important) and after I told the waitress that there was no soap or paper, she ignored me completely - in the cafe just me plus another man on the side. Edit: the waitress also ignored the invitation to bring the second round, responding only to the third call! It doesn't stop drinking now!
