An oasis of americana in a desert of socialist urbanism, the strip mall covers all your needs - groceries, drugstore, dollarstore, footwear, and leisurewear. Parking in is scarce due to a land dispute resulting in fenced-off parking, and you will need to make a semilegal left turn over the curb. But that just adds to the charm of shopping in the Western Balkans.

This is a place where some of the discounted stores of Zagreb are located. Its something like 20 min by tram from the city centre.

Stores are fine , nothing unusual but place looks filthy
