Very bad experience when servicing the bike and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. He waited a week longer for the agreed service (large service and chain replacement) than the latest promised deadline. The service was only partially performed (the chain was not replaced because the service technician forgot to admit it), and about the quality of service and the guarantee that everything involved is really made (complete bicycle washing, opening, cleaning and lubrication) (wheel bearings, steering wheel, drive), centering the wheels, adjusting the brakes, adjusting the speed, oiling the chain) among other things says the most that after all the only fault I reported - a non-functional front shifter / transmission - remained unresolved.
