The monument to the Homeland. A new modern memorial park dedicated to our homeland Croatia. It consist of huge wall constructed of blocks of glass, a modern bridge-like structure and lifted square shape (somewhat symbol of Croatia) on which flame is burning. It is 20 minutes from main square if you are taking a walk.

A beautiful monument that exudes beauty and simplicity and reflects its essence and carries a strong patriotic message. Its harmony with the environment shows the thoughtfulness that guided the architect. The money given by the people of Zagreb who work for this monument is a small contribution to making Zagreb a decent and smooth place to live because it has been systematically devastated since 1945.
