The only nice thing I have to say is that they have green color in their logo. Sadly, they are also partners with many services that give you vouchers (Algebra, inMusic), so if you are into festivals or additional education, it is impossible to avoid them. The staff varies from rude to extremely rude, and they more often than not don't know details about services they offer. They are slow, really slow. Usually, you have two clerks working - the one on the left side is receiving clients, while the one on the right side is usually giggling over her private correspondences. I am literally not kidding, it has been so every single time I've been there :( I usually have to wait 10+ minutes, even if there are no clients. Literally, again. When they don't know the answer to your question, they get really cocky and put on the attitude. I dread the day I'll have to go there again - and sadly I will have to, or I'll lose my inMusic voucher. If you have ANY means to avoid them, I advise you to do so.

I do not know what the purpose of the "Call" option is because I have never, at any time of the day during office hours, been able to make contact with the office, so I would like the responsible persons to read about it and give some coherent explanation! The emphasis is on "NEVER", because from 15-20 calls in a year this is repeated! That's it for now!
