I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral today. The flowers did not arrive. When I emailed to ask what happened, they insisted the flowers had been delivered. They described when and where they left them, and blamed the cemetery for misplacing them. They also included a picture of the arrangement - which included timestamp and location data proving they took it AT THEIR SHOP, AFTER THE FUNERAL. They faked the photo, ribbon and all. Maybe they intended to scam me all along; maybe they were just covering up a mistake. Either way, lying about sending flowers to a funeral is an awful, shameful, despicable thing to do. Shame on you.
