Corrupt Croatian family business, no sympathy for the poor, they cut off gas (warm water, heating for many) without mercy and disregarding the European Commission that says that people have the right to water, heating, waste disposal, sanitation facilities, electricity,.... Just my personal opinion. The media and people might know more.
