We have been trying to reach Dr. Branka Colic by phone for two days now, as that is the only way to communicate, but it is simply impossible. Yesterday, during working hours / shifts, of course, the doctor was not due to private obligations. And today it is all the time as busy and simply impossible to establish a call. No one wants to give her business email for personal data protection ?! It is simply disappointing that a man cannot reach his doctor when he needs it most.

I can only say about the health worker who tested me for Covid19 today. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but an extremely empathetic young man, professional and likeable. I rarely meet such a health worker. Thank him.

The experience is awful. Probably the Ministry of Health has introduced telephone communication for some simple things .... prescriptions, referrals ..... etc. It is generally possible to get the phone in question.
