Confusing, unkind, rude, when you ask someone for directions in which room to go or a question about the stuff you need they look at you like you're the stupidest person alive. You have another public notary 150m from there, try it instead. At least you have a bathroom in the lobby (which is empty of all employees, hence the confusion when you come in because you don't know in which room to go) so if you are walking by you can come in for a quick piss.

Unprofessional, rude. Location location is the only advantage they have. Very bad!

Very kindly and professionally done job, accepted the parties for solemnization of the contract even though we did not announce (we did not know) and there was a full waiting room of other parties, free electronic registration in the Land Registry. All praise and many thanks for your understanding. Prior to this arrival we were at the Arena Center with JB Maja Peris who turned us down because we didn’t make an appointment even though the office was empty and we had an exceptional case.
