Welcome to the Wild West ;)
The Split-Karlovac train was canceled without notice (unpleasant surprise and experience especially when it happens upon arrival at the train station). The company did not apologize or offer compensation for the damage: I had an e-ticket and they knew my email address and could at least send a message about the changed / canceled timetable. The option / solution offered was a trip the next day: "take it or leave it".
It stinks at the station. The machine is limited in choice. The train does not run but must be reached by bus to Sucuurac.
