Bought two PR FENIX CR R2 office chairs with all possible additional options 2 years ago, but I haven't used them for a long time because their seat has sunk in after two months and it's like I'm sitting on plastic. The sponges are extremely low quality and short-lived, and the other mechanisms of the chair work great without a mistake. The chairs also look nice, unfortunately the sponge makes them useless.

UNCOMFORTABLE STAFF !! I was there about 10 years ago and you bought a very comfortable chair. Now it was time for a new one so I came back again. It wasn't crowded, so one of the employees greeted us immediately, a little lower, with blonde hair. She had patience for our questions for exactly 2 min, and then when I was amazed that the price written on the chair was just the price for the chair, that everything else like armrests, other wheels etc. was charged separately all patience dropped and she became uncomfortable. She answered questions briefly and firmly and could barely restrain herself from rolling her eyes. Maybe the problem was that I came in shorts and a T-shirt with a print, and my wife was in leggings, so she obviously didn’t realize we were both business people with about 5x a salary higher than her. Anyway, even though I found a chair I liked, I went to another place and bought another chair in the end.
