I Hotel

The hotel looks like it was built during the communist era so don't expect too much! Staff in the restaurant were very helpful but at reception less so. Rooms are pretty clean and quiet but the fridge didn't work properly and there's no kettle/ tea in the room. Very close to Lidl and the Arena Mall which was very convenient to buy things from. It's good value for money but please lower your expectations.

The position of hotel is its (I am afraid  the only) advance. The food and rooms a correct but not more. The problem is very unfriendly  service especially of the people on reception

Nice group hotel, some rooms don't have ac and you don't always get WiFi in the room. But overall a big lobby and closed classrooms for team talks. Close to the shopping mall and activites

Great service , hotel .

We booked a room(s) for 3 people. When arrived we were given 2 doubles, basically for 4. Next day when leaving, we suddenly were asked to pay more because we were charged like for 4 persons/2 double rooms instead of prepaid booking for 3. Employee at the front desk refused to give us back our passports before we had paid the extra charge, and she blamed us for intentionally taking 2 double rooms. Like it was our fault, not their management's or whatsoever.
