Windsurfing club "Zagreb"

Windsurfing in Zagreb?! Not possible? But kind Sir, it is - right there next to the rowing clubs hangar, you'll find a little hut usually playing some reggae music, with slim surfers hanging around and teaching kids and adults how to ride the wind (no wave surfing, duh, this is a lake). This being the second lake, you are safe from bathers and other watersports people, so come and enjoy (they even brew their own beer, which was ok but stick to the lager:)

Very good location. Best place for first steps to learn windsurfing.

Very skilled instructors who will show you that "windsurfing is hard to learn.." is just an urban myth :)
