Restaurant Sponga

Excellent restaurant, one of the best fish restaurant I've ever been. The lobster, seabass fishes, octopuss salad, everything was delicious.. Highly recommended!!

Very rude stuff and owner. Last week my friends and I wanted some coffee and drinks cause it was too early to eat lunch for us. When we started to make our order, the waiter said that he's going on a break now.. and this other italian family is there with a boat to have lunch (?!). There wasn't any other guests there, and we sat in the non lunch area.. So we left, and will never come back. I don't recommend to anyone to go there! Edit: Dear Sponga, I'm unaware that leaving personal information is necessary, also I was reviewing service (or in this case lack of it), not food, which I think is perfectly acceptable. I went on Mljet with my family on vacation. We are happy with the choice of restaurants and food. I recommend the restaurant to everyone.

Don't be afraid to eat here based on other reviews. We stopped here because they had an open mooring spot. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service. It is expensive, as the other reviews suggest. But the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food quality was good and had a nice selection. The free mooring evens out the price of food.
