Kis Residence

We had a fantastic stay, incl. great breakfast, clean rooms with amazing sea view and we enjoyed the pool area as well. A great location to discover the lovely island or just to relax. The hosts made the place and our stay very pleasant.

We had a 5 day stay at Kis Residence and were overwhelmed with the views of the landscape from our room, the beautiful pool and double bed loungers around the pool. Franjo, the host, went over and aboard for us during our stay, he recommended amazing spots for us to visit, beaches, he was just absolutely amazing, everyone who hosted was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hostess even picked freshly grown peaches from her peach tree before offering them to us, they were really really nice & sweet. The room is exactly what you need for a relaxing trip in such a beautiful & serene place. Really comfortable big beds and very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was always so delicious, I particularly recommend the Zucchini Fritter & freshly picked and prepared mint tea. Beautiful ran Residence, We will definitely be returning! Very very soon.

Absolutely perfect stay, everything was just amazing. The appartmnrt was very nice and perfectly clean. Its in a quiet area with a beautiful sea view and just a short walk from the coast. The owners thought of all little details that made you think really welcome - cakes and a carafe of house wine on arrival, map with the best beaches marked, tips on restaraunts. Highly recommended, definetely would like to come back!

Kis Residence is located in a beautiful remote location on the island of Korcula. My wife and I came to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked more from Kis. The owners and staff are more than helpful and very knowledgeable of the local area. They arranged for us to have our own boat to roam around the island as well info on the local restaurants. They even have an amazing pool which we chilled at whilst taking in the views. My only warning is be careful with the home brew brandy they have!

My stay here was brilliant. I'm from Australia and didn't really know the area. The lady there gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. The view is picturesque with close swimming spots. Highly recommended if you're after a quiet, relaxing spot , not too far from the main town by car.
