For a couple of years now, I have been bringing the car to the Bibići Technical Inspection Station. Namely, this year I experienced great discomfort from the reviewers Marino Piljan. His question and dissatisfaction with the mileage on the vehicle was not appropriate. As I have already stated, I have been with them for years and the same station controlled the mileage on the car. First, when I arrived, I waited for hours, so when it was my turn, they informed me that I needed to report a technical inspection, after which they returned me for a couple of cars because the system was not working. I understood and accepted everything. However, when I came to the repeated technical inspection, the inspector Aleksandar Šturbej came out and informed us all to report technically and whoever has the repeated technical inspection should fit in the second lane. Professionally and qualitatively and justifiably, this Mr. Aleksandar did his job, waiting for the examination to be completed. I heard people who always do that and that he is excellent and professional as a station worker. I agree with other people and confirm his professionalism, flexibility, knowledge, and primarily his approach to clients. I think that Mr. Marino Piljan could work a little on communication and work organization, if he can work so well and professionally Aleksandar Šturbej, so could Marino Piljan. Other staff and employees do their job professionally and consistently. Thanks
