Completely unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend Villa Lucia to ANYBODY.
A week before our trip, the owner TEXTED us and told us he had to cancel our reservation (EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY MADE A PARTIAL PAYMENT OF 100 EUROS).
Be very cautious when making any arrangements with anybody working in Villa Lucia!
Very unprofessional. I called the owner and booked an apartment 2 weeks before arrival of my family (2nd half of Sept 2018). I emphasized that we have a baby. Mr. Matko confirmed reservation and asked for partial payment in advance (100 EUR). So we did it. The deal was sealed. However, 1 week before vacation the owner called and cancelled it. He said that apartment is not available any more. It is available, but only in case if can arrive 2 days before, or 2 days after of original dates. He offered his help to connect us with his neighbor. But we refused. He returned the money. So...I strongly do not recommend this place.
Can't praise this place enough!!! We were made to feel Very welcome, despite being a day early!!!!!! Room was very clean, bed extremely comfy! Would have no hesitation in booking here again!
