Unhelpful and grumpy

Officials are rude, they lie, they are rude (throwing cards on the counter when returning), they are lazy, they receive customers across the line. I did not receive a paid return receipt or a receipt (as it is already called in neo-Urask).

Disaster!! First I waited for an hour to get in line to apply for the retention of the package, I paid 25kn, to come to Zagreb and the package returned back to Belgium because Mrs. who works for you did not copy the only important thing - the shipment number. Because of that, I was left without a package and without the money I used to pay for that package and without the 25kn I paid to keep the package. And of course everyone wipes their hands, both in Zg and in Ma. Shame!!!!

The number collection system is a plus, unfortunately neither the machine nor the employees speak a language other than Croatian, and there are only 4 seats. The equipment is good.

I was waiting for the shipment and the postman left me a note in the mailbox, like, I'm not home ... and I've been constantly because of covid-19, but for a month and the whole family ... and now I have to go to the post office to pick up the shipment ... and that's the slogan stay home ... SHAME, shame and embarrassment ....
