Very frivolous. I called first and they said we were sending a vehicle. Then one of them called me, but nothing was heard when I answered. Then I called them and asked if everything was all right, and an unkind gentleman convinced me that I hadn't called them either, and that only he would send a vehicle now. After 25 minutes of waiting, I call again and they tell me that the ride was canceled because they do not have a free vehicle and that they could not send me an SMS because I called for a foreign number. What unprofessionalism! First, one convinces me that I didn't even call them, and then they cancel my ride and don't inform me. The only good thing is that they are cheaper than others, but you can't rely on them.
