Friendly workers. Unfortunately it‘s sometimes very populated with customers, so you got to wait a long time. The employees don‘t speak english so much but enough to communicate.

The worst OTP branch..When the branch shift is closed and there is no notification anywhere..people are standing outside at +40 degrees..date..3.8..2020..14h..shame

A very kind young lady took me through the entire payment process via internet banking on her own initiative, and saved me a 20 kn fee. She deserved a drink for sure :)
